夜 的诗人：“布拉格 is the Chinese name for Prague. It is pronounced as 'praha', not 'plak' or 'prugg' or watsoever. Prague is one of the most beautiful places in Europe. If I am not wrong, it is the only European capital which managed to avoid any bombardment throughout both World Wars, explaining why it retains its medevial charm.
I was first introduced to this wonderful place by this writer/journalist/singer called 吴庆康. He wrote a series of travelogues and in one of the book fairs I bought all of them one shot, and got him to sign on them. I think he was one of the persons from whom I caught the travel bug from.
Anyway, Prague is about its castles, clock towers, astronomy towers, musuems and bridges. Going to Prague will set you back to the 19th century, you will feel like you have just taken a time machine into the past. If I am only granted one last place to go to, it has to be Prague. Hmm ... depends ... it might also be another place, a familiar place where I had good memories of. And also, has to be with my beloved half. Thought of another song ... here goes ...”
